“Established in 1999, I started the business at home and then 16 years ago moved into a shop with an already established clientele. In total, I have been in the alteration industry for over 36 years. In this time, I have watched the business grow and gain momentum in an environment that over time has proved to me that this is an industry that has confirmed it can grow even in a negative economy. My main aim is to provide my clients with fast, friendly service and a high-quality finish to all alterations and to be able to listen to what their ideas are and be able to interpret them to gain a satisfactory result.”
